Mount Vernon Primary School is a warm and caring place where everyone can reach their full potential. At Mount Vernon we wish to promote in children a positive attitude to work, self, others and the environment. We strive to provide a high-quality learning environment and value partnerships with parents and carers in supporting our children to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors.
As a school, the staff are committed to getting it right for every child and we put children and young people at the heart of everything we do. We greatly value our relationships with them and it is vital that children feel happy, safe 
and included at Mount Vernon Primary.
