As part of the Learning Community, Mount Vernon is a feeder school for Bannerman High. It is situated on Glasgow Road, G69 7NS.
However, not all of our children choose to attend Bannerman High School. Eastbank Academy and Uddingston Grammar are also local and can be popular choices. For those who prefer denominational schools, St. Andrew's and St. Ambrose are the local Roman Catholic schools.
